One more free advice that you didn’t need.
If you claim to be building a “product”, please become its first power user. It helps you build a product that is easy to use and solves a real pain. You can’t be solving the world’s problem before solving your own. Let the product speak for you and not vice-a-versa. A product doesn’t have to do 100 things. Make it do only 5. But then, make sure your users love you for those 5 things that it does. All of us need delighted customers. A great product is the ONLY way to make it happen. Everything else (read sales, marketing, fundraising …) can wait.
End of free advice. Get back to work.
